Account details (email), the answers you give in the assessment, the businesses, tasks, chats and assets you create, usage events (such as AI generations and page views), and marketing attribution such as the campaign that brought you to the site.
Card details are never seen or stored by Tandem — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
To generate your recommendations and roadmap, run your workspace, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, take payment, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Your assessment answers and business context are sent to our AI model provider to generate results. They are not used to train public models by us.
If you take the assessment without an account, your answers and results are stored in your own browser. They are only attached to an account if you create one.
You can access, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your profile, assessment, businesses, tasks, chats and assets.
