Terms of Service

Tandem is an AI-assisted planning tool that helps you find and build an income stream. It provides guidance, plans and generated drafts. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any level of income.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.

Tandem Pro is billed at $19.99 per month or $249 per year through our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because the service is delivered immediately and generated on demand, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it.

Plans include a monthly allowance of AI generations. We apply rate limits to protect the service. Do not use Tandem to break the law, generate harmful or deceptive content, or resell the raw AI output as a competing service.

You own the answers you provide and the outputs Tandem generates for you. You grant us permission to process them in order to run the service.

Tandem is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost income or business losses arising from decisions you make using Tandem.
